Truffle Bistrot is a corner of paradise in the heart of the Langhe, an ancient monastery welcomes its guests among the greenery of the vineyards surrounding it.
It is the ideal place where to spend a week-end in total serenity, tasting a glass of wine or enjoying the dishes of Piedmontese tradition in the elegant frescoed dining room dating back 19th century or in the modern one overlooking the monastery cloister.
The Truffle Bistrot Langhe is a member of "la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs", the International Academy of Gastronomy which is present all over the world with 25.000 members and it is in Italy since 1960. Nowadays, it represents a reference point for first-class restaurant service and it is universally recognized as a symbol of prestige for its members who respect the fundamental principles of love for gastronomy and value of friendship.
Giampiero Vento, Chef of Sicilian origin, from a very young age he ventured into the culinary world. He had several professional experiences which started in his hometown Palermo. He then worked in Calabria, Trentino Alto Adige, Lombardy, Paris and then came to Piedmont.
Piedmont, a fertile land from a wine and gastronomic point of view, has become an inspiring muse for chef Vento. His philosophy is to promote the local raw materials and the best local products without forgetting his background and Mediterranean roots which enhance his cuisine at the Truffle Bistrot.
A mix of flavours, colours and scents of two territories apparently so distant, that actually blend harmoniously to surprise our guests palates.

He is an internationally recognised physician and nutritionist who has developed personalised eating plans choosing simple and tasty dishes from the “Health” Menu offer prepared by Chef Giampiero Vento.
