The Truffle Bistrot was born in the Langhe, a place guardian of traditions and wine and gastronomic excellences. The Truffle Bistrot represents a Casual Dining alternative. It is a laboratory characterized by courses and traditional recipes created without award-winning ties where our Chefs express their creative interpretation.
Here, we satisfy a more and more growing need: the return to a type of nutrition suitable for the physical balance, which respects the individual’s biorhythm, it stands out for cooking techniques at lower temperatures, little use of salt, use of fresh aromatic herbs. Simple dishes re-interpreted in a contemporary way.
An authentic cooking style strongly linked to the earth and true to nature which we have also exported abroad: to Lugano, Montecarlo and Luxembourg because we are proud of our traditions, diversity and our culture of welcome and hospitality.
